Defibrillators (AED) at the university

A defibrillator can save lives: The device emits an electrical impulse that can restore a normal heartbeat in the event of life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias such as ventricular fibrillation. There are defibrillators on the campus of the University of Regensburg, which even laypeople can use to save lives in an emergency.
