In our knowledge database you will find all our instructions and assistance for data centre services. The knowledge database is integrated into our website under Help & Support in order to provide user-friendly access to all information and to support you as efficiently as possible.
We have also integrated an AI-supported chatbot on our website. The chatbot contains all the information in our knowledge database and offers an efficient way to obtain the information relevant to you.

Storage period
